We are proud of our after sales service with remote maintainence on many of the systems that we install. This does not carry additional costs to our maintainence contracts.

Unlike other companies who charge a fee for remote programming, we include it in our contract. This is a way for customers to know exactly what their spend will be per year.

Emergency Call-out!

We would expect to attend site within four hours of notification of a major fault on your system, we will also liase with your line service providers for you.

Minor faults

If these cannot be resolved remotely we aim to rectify within two working days.
